The House
Casa Al Mar is a family home that was built in 1991, and has a total of 6 bedrooms spread over 3 floors. The property has both East and West access with private docks on both sides and a sunning deck on the East Side. Casa Al Mar comes with a fully equipped kitchen and has a large dining room, living room, bar, study and front balcony with hammocks. All bedrooms are cooled by the natural ocean breeze and all have fans throughout. Casa Al Mar has a minimum guest requirement of 8 and a maximum of 14.
In addition to the above, Casa Al Mar is an all-inclusive vacation rental and includes the following:
- All your transfers to/from the airport and St. George’s Caye
- Your own island chef available for all meals and snacks, click here for an outline of what your Belize vacation menu will look like.
- A private boat at your disposal that is fully equipped with a licensed boat captain and tour guide
- Tours and Activities to explore the best of Belize. 4-5 Tours are automatically included in your stay. Depending on what package you purchase, additional tours are also available for purchase.
The minimum stay at Casa Al Mar is 8 guests for 5 nights. The Maximum number of guests can go up to 14. Please don’t hesitate to let us know any special requests. The room breakdown of renting the entire house is as follows:
- First Floor – Sergeants Quarters – 1 King Bedroom, sleeps 2 guests
- Second Floor – 4 King Bedrooms: Captain’s Quarters, The Quartermaster, The Osprey’s Nest & Pelican Roost. There is an additional twin bed in the The Osprey’s Nest & Pelican Roost if needed, sleeps 10 guests
- Third Floor – The Crow’s Nest – 1 King Bedroom, sleeps 2 guests
The Crow's Nest
Located on the 3rd floor, with both East and West side views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea, the Crow’s Nest is Casa Al Mar’s largest suite. Outfitted with a King bed, living room area, workspace. it doesn’t get much better than this! Sleeps 2.

Captains Quarters
Located on the North end of the 2nd floor, facing the East towards the Caribbean Sea, the Captains Quarters is the Master Bedroom of the 2nd floor. This bedroom shares a bathroom featuring dual sinks with The Pelican’s Roost. Sleeps 2.

The Quartermaster
Located on the South end of the 2nd floor, facing the East, is almost an exact replica of the spacious Captain’s Quarters. It also shares a bathroom with the Osprey’s Nest. Sleeps 2

The Osprey's Nest
Designed for families with children, the Osprey’s Nest has 1 King bed, as well as 1 twin bed. This second floor room shares a bathroom with the Quartermaster. Sleeps 3.

The Pelican's Roost
