Our All-Inclusive Rates
We want to make vacation planning easy. At Casa Al Mar, we provide an all-inclusive experience for you. The house is rented to guests in the same group only, so you can rest assured it will only be you, your friends and your family on your holiday. The house is all yours!
The minimum number of nights for bookings is 5 and the minimum number of guests required to rent the house is 8 and the maximum is 14.
The pricing below includes the following
- Accommodations (click for room breakdown)
- Transfers to/from Belize’s International Airport
- 3 Meals Daily and snacks made by your own private island chef (click here for details)
- Non-alcoholic beverages
- Island based tours including snorkeling, drop fishing, island hopping, kayaking and more! (read more on activities)
- Private East / West side docks
- Private Boat, Licensed Captain and Tour Guide for the duration of your stay at Casa Al Mar.
- Wi-Fi
- Housekeeping
Items not included in your stay but that are optional during your stay are as follows

Cancellation Policy:
Taxes: are additional and equals to 11%

Cancellations made 90 days or more from your arrival date may be refunded less a 7.5% administrative fee on the amount already paid towards the reservation only.

Cancellations made 45 days from your arrival date may be rebooked for a future date less a US $60.00 per person administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days will only be refunded 50% of the total cost of your trip that may be used towards a new booking.

Cancellations made less than 14 days will not be refunded in any portion and only 50% of the total booking can be used towards a new booking.
Payment: must be made in full 30 days before arrival to Belize.

- Prices are in US Dollars
Low Season (May 1st - Oct 31st)
- Rates in the low season start at $359.00 USD/per person – daily, depending on the size of your group.
- Children 3 to 10 years old pay a reduced rate
- Children under 3 are always free
High Season (Nov 1st - April 30th)
- Rates in the high season start at $449.00 USD/per person – daily, depending on the size of your group.
- Children 3 to 10 years old pay a reduced rate
- Children under 3 are always free
