Rates are designed to reflect the personalized, fully staffed nature of the experience, including the entire house, private chef service, boat excursions, airport transfers, and more.

Dates, group size, ages of guests, occasion, and any non-negotiables (A/C, pool, etc.) so we can confirm fit before sending a quote.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If you're booking within 30 days of your trip, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Prefer to split the cost among your group? Just let us know who's responsible for each portion and we'll process payments separately — one less thing for the organizer to manage.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. To avoid this, you're welcome to pay by direct bank transfer from a U.S. bank account or via Zelle for amounts of $3,500 or under.
Taxes & Gratuity
Belize government and hotel taxes of 11% are not included in your quoted rate and will be confirmed at booking. Gratuity for the Casa Al Mar team is at your discretion at checkout — past guests typically leave around 10% of the booking total, and it goes a long way for the people who made your trip.
Travel Insurance
We always recommend travel insurance for all group bookings. Unexpected things happen — a small premium gives your whole group peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
90+ days before arrival — Refund issued, less a 7.5% administrative fee on amounts already paid.
45 days before arrival — No refund, but your booking can be moved to a future date for a $60 per person rebooking fee.
30 days or less — 50% of your total trip cost is non-refundable. The remaining 50% can be applied toward a future booking.
14 days or less — No refund is issued. 50% of your total booking value can be applied toward a future stay.
